Goal: I dont have one to be honest. At first I wanted to get down to 65kg (143lbs) and an Australian size 12, I figured that would be in the middle of healthy for me. I'm at 73kg now and I am an Australian size 10 - 12, so yeah body has changed a lot, I upped my goal on my ticker to 70kg (154lbs) but I don't really know where I will end up. I have never been healthy before, I have never done strength training or had my body look like this before. I'm still squishy but I have muscle, I dont want to have a really low body fat but I'd like my arms to be a little more defined and my belly a little less squishy0 -
