What I used to eat/ How I have modified it to make it healthier.
1. oatmeal-Cinnamon roll or like 2 packs per morning/Raisin, Date Walnut 1 pack in the morning.
2. toast - White bread Butter and jelly or butter and cinnamon sugar./ Very rare that I eat it now but if I do it is with peanut butter. Or I eat a half a Whole wheat bagel with light whipped cream cheese and slice strawberries on top.
3. ice cream sundae-Hot fudge brownie or banana split./ Rarely
4. frozen yogurt- Strawberry Vanilla/ I now put it on oatmeal and make it a sweet treat.
5. popcorn (flavor)-Butter/ Still butter.
6. chocolate candy-Any/ 3 pieces of Dark Chocolate (Hershey Bliss or Dove)
7. fruity candy-Mike&Ikes/ Still Mike&Ikes :-) In moderation if I can
8. muffin-Most any kind./ Rare and I will only eat half if I have one.
9. ice cream (flavor)-Chocolate twist / I will treat myself to one scoop of Coffee or Mint chocolate chip.

I do all sorts of ****e to my oatmeal. Cocoa powder with fresh blueberries is one. Light Vanilla Soy with cinnamon. Any fresh berries mixed in. I also like sugar free syrup in it. Pecans, Almonds, or Walnuts are really nice with some truvia & cinnamon, as well.
2. toast
Yummy. Half a slice of the skinny cow spreadable cheese is really lovely. I don't eat too much toast, to be honest, if I'm eating it it's usually on a sandwich.
3. ice cream sundae
I am no help here, I see ice cream and I throw caramel and hot fudge all over that *****.
4. frozen yogurt
I really like it plain but sometimes I'll put cookie dough that I make with truvia or some fresh berries.

I ALWAYS make those 100 calorie bags, take half, put a tablespoon of semi-sweet chocolate chips in it, some cinnamon, and pecans. Delicious. Seriously.

I like fruit for breakfast. If I'm having any sort of bready things I would only have like one piece and cover it in raspberries/blackberries/blueberries. 1. oatmeal: Maple and Brown Sugar or with PB
2. toast: Good old Cinnamon toast sounds good right now
3. ice cream sundae: Peanut butter and Oreos
4. frozen yogurt: Haven't had that in forever! Probably any except cherry or peach
5. popcorn (flavor): Caramel or Cheese. Or buttered at the movies!
6. chocolate candy: Reese's, Snickers, or Twix
7. fruity candy: Skittles or Mike and Ike's
8. muffin: Blueberry Cream Cheese
9. ice cream (flavor): Mint Chip
10. breakfast "bread" i.e. pancakes, waffles, crepes, french toast (flavor and toppings): Depending on my mood, pancakes or waffles with maple syrup. Don't care for fruit toppings
11. eggs: Scrambled or hard boiled
12. baked potato (toppings): Loaded! Lately light ranch dressing is working fine.
13. trail mix (what's in it): Cashews and pistachios. M & M's
14. cold breakfast cereal? I love Cracklin' Oat Bran. Or Malt O' Meal Blueberry Muffin Tops
15. chips: LOVE...THEM...ALL! But Old Dutch Dill Pickle is my favorite.
