I've seen it too and have tried juicing a bit...it's very time consuming with the low end juicer I have but the juice I've had is YUMMY! :)

I would like to try a fast with the juicing but I'd also like it to use for a breakfast daily or just for a "treat"...whenever I can! :)

The yolk is bright yellow and the middles of the whites are soft and too slimy for my taste... Wondering how I should go about doing this...

It's a Acumen Ergo Basix. I'm only able to set up age, and then it has me set an upper zone target limit and a lower zone target limit. It says % of my max I can skip this part (I really don't understand those so I just left it....I'm 159 upper and 122 lower.) There's also an exercise factor which is like an intensity…

I don't log 0 calorie drinks, spices, or 0 calorie condiments like mustard. I know there's sodium there but sodium isn't as much of a concern for me as calories.

I guess what I'm wondering is if I put the thing on before I get on the elliptical and then look at it after I'm done does it give me the calories I burned?

That's what I'm hoping for. I just don't know if I can trust the calories burned that my elliptical gives me, and I don't want to eat to many calories back if it's not right.

I only add drinks with calories...I don't log diet soda. I know there's sodium and such but I really only worry about calories.

I tried it...I put it in a bigger bowl and it still boiled over and I let it sit for a long time and...ish...I didn't like it...it didn't thicken up for me...

Thanks everyone! I know my biggest problem is it has to be all or nothing...either I'm perfect in my food or I'm absolutely out of control. If I have a slip up I say "well, today is shot" and I just gorge. I need to let the small slip ups just be that...small! :)

I would love to but I'd be the one buying them and that's not in my budget... I have done paper clip chains with them before...each pound they lost they got a paper clip to add to their chain.

When I had lost weight before my shoe size went from an 11 to a 9! And I totally feel the Old Navy thing...so much easier to buy in the store and see the clothes on before you buy! :) Congratulations "Shrinking Woman"! :)
