I thought I was the only one who has a problem with cereal. I rarely eat it because I always over indulge. I have all these thoughts like "you're supposed to eat breakfast...it's the most important meal of the day and ...cereal is a healthy meal, whole grains...yadda yadda! Phew, I'm not the only one!

Home made high protein soup. I like a hot lunch. Make your own broth from bones chill it and skim the fat away. Then add veggies and chicken breast meat. Dried herbs have lots of potassium and other good stuff so you can flavour the broth too. Yum Yum
