I am really going to watch what I eat this week because Friday-Sunday will be a challenge because I am going to festival so I know I'm going to indulge, but…

  • I woke up early and rode my bike to work, so I will have a nice bike ride home. Then my challenge will be working on the yard (got lots of work that needs to be done!) and stay within my calorie goals.
  • 1. Your Current Weight (as of this morning) or tomorrow morning is fine: 153.6 2. The # of total lbs you are down since you started this group: 1.4 3. The hardest part so far: Not staying focused on the weekend, eating and drinking what I want. The easy part is exercising for me cause I ride my bike to work and hike with…
  • Woke up and rode by bike to work again, get another great workout coming home. Take the dogs on a walk once I get home and of course my biggest challenge is to stay within my calorie goals, which shouldn't be to hard because I cooked my breakfast and lunch last night for the rest of the week :)
  • I totally messed up this weekend, didn't watch what a ate and had to many drinks (My old friend was in town and we had WAY to much fun) But we did end up doing a big almost 3 hour hike on Sunday even though I wasn't feeling that good, so there's a plus! I am on top of it for the rest of the week now, cause I really do feel…
  • It wasn't raining this morning so I was able to ride my bike to work again, 4 days in a row now! I feel like I have been getting in really good exercise's but the scale isn't moving for me, I think I need to make better food choices, more clean eating. So I'm expecting no weight change this week and really focus next week…

  • I met my challenge today by riding my bike to work, and it was kinda hard with the headwind but I made it! Now I will get another great workout riding my bike back home! So happy it is biking season again, thats when I get in the best shape especially since I live a little further than last year :)
  • Go on a hike/run with the dogs after work for at least an hour and stick within my calories!
  • I lost about 1 lbs. Was about 155 and now about 154, but I did loose 1 inch around my chest, 1/2 inch in my waist and 1/2 inch in hips! Been hiking/running and doing yoga a lot and I think it is really working for me cause even if I didn't loose that much weight I feel much better and stronger already. This week I plan on…
  • If feel ok for the weigh in on sunday, I was hurt for most of the week, but I still got in some less intense workouts. I really tried to watch my food, could have done better a few days. But I feel great today so I am going to kick up my workouts for the weekend and keep pushing it through next week!

  • Good for you!! I hope you heal quickly!!
  • Just make sure that soreness doesn't turn into a injury, don't push to hard when you are sore!
  • If you crave nachos, I like to make some broccoli and melted cheese and add some toppings, a lot healthier and for me really gets rid of those kind of cravings!
  • In addition to morning yoga and 30 min walk/jog at lunch, I challenge myself to go on a walk with my husband and dogs when I get home after work or depending on the weather do some exercises while watching TV for 30 mins!
  • Thanks, it does feel great! I will make sure I really watch my calories today!
  • My goal was not met yesterday, being really sore I wasn't able to get in my cardio, plus I went over my calories by about 300 so I hope to try and make that up today :( I have met my goal this morning by waking up early and going to yoga at 6am! Proud of myself there, my next goal is to walk/jog during lunch for a half…
