Hi all from Alaska! I'm a little late joining but I just started my own 90 day challenge and thought it might be nice to have support :) I am having a family/college friends reunion mid April AND a high school reunion in July so I am wanting to lose 20 lbs. I love the weigh in day for Friday, that's what I have been basing my weight this whole time! I also like the pound a week cause I still have 10 more to go and it gets harder the closer you get to your goal. Great ideas!

Well I made my goal of loosing at least 10 lbs!! I will continue to try and loose the last 10 lbs, I just keep doing what I'm doing because it is working for me :happy: Bike ride to work and back, then date with the hubs. Rode my bike to work, then bike ride home and take the dogs out. I also brought some healthy shrimp tacos for lunch for the next 2 days and already got healthy turkey burgers for dinner, I'm set! It always helps to plan ahead with healthy food for me :happy:

Beautiful day today but didn't ride my bike cause I have some things to take care of during lunch, but I will take the dogs on a run after work for hopefully an hour! I checked the scale today to find out I've lost a total of 9 lbs so far!!!! Wow that's crazy, better keep it up!

When I started I ate back my calories but wasn't loosing anything, so I made a change. I decided not to eat back all my calories, depending on the type and how long my workout was. Once I did that I started to loose weight. But everyone is different, listen to your body, everyday is different and just find what works best…

Was tired and sore yesterday and really didn't watch what I eat, oops!! So today my goal is to make healthy choices with my food and drinks!!

I'm still sooo sore from my 7 hour hike up to Wolverine peak! But I managed to get my butt out of bed and ride my bike since it's beautiful out!! So nice bike ride home then probably just relax this afternoon and watch what I eat.

We are on a roll with good weather up here in Alaska (knock on wood) so bike ride to work, then husband is picking me up after work to get some shopping done, then riding our bikes downtown to some drinks and music in the park!! Just need to really watch what I eat tonight, I need that scale to move a little more for me…

Got off course this weekend again, but was able to go on a bike ride and walk, but didn't watch what I eat :( Time to start fresh this Monday so I was able to wake up early and ride my bike, another bike ride home and take the dogs out on a walk. With my husband gone this week I should be able to really watch what I eat…

I woke up and rode my bike to work, then I have a BBQ party to put together this afternoon gonna be a fun night!!

What helps me to not eat to much at dinner is make your biggest meal of the day your lunch, keeps you nice a full and since I had a big lunch I don't want to eat that much at night! Good luck!

Well had a flat tire in both my bike wheels this morning so had to take the car :frown: ...will be running in the park close to my work for hopefully 45 mins to get my workout today in this beautiful weather!!!

Wow after 4 days of camping/festival fun time to get back on track!! Was hard to wake up and ride my bike to work but I did it, Another beautiful bike ride home and hopefully some yard work in the sun :happy:

I had an appointment today so no biking but I did wake up early and did weights and ran intervals for 25 mins. Then take the dogs out this afternoon and maybe work on the yard.
