If you workout as soon as your feet hit the floor, you don't have time to procrastinate. The rest of the day you feel good because you did it. :) and you don't have to keep thinking about the fact that a you haven't done it yet. This helps me... might do the same for you ;)

My goal from start to finish is 110....I have come sooooooooo close twice. I lost 106 lb.s..... then lost and gained, lost and gained, lost and gained.... but sometimes you just have to live.
