:# reading this thread makes me crave my coffee even more! LoL. I could never give up my liquid gold. I'm the same as well, a little coffee with my cream. Good luck to you because this is a hard habit to break. Let us know if you come up with a tasty, low calorie, sweet cup of joe.

Even if you have one bad day, such as skipping a workout or bad eating choices, don't give up! Small steps in the right direction are better than no steps at all. I started back on MFP this past week and I also use JM DVDs to get me back into the groove of working out. You can do it!!!

I have this watch and HRM chest band. I only use when I workout to keep track of calories burned and my HR during workouts. Her DVDs are such a challange but I love the feeling that I get once I have completed a session. My body feels lik it is dying during the workout.
