My boyfriend lost 100 pounds when he was and it took him about two years when hew as 22/23 years old. His skin stretched back just fine the weight loss was slow enough that his body could adjust. You look young so your skin should be nice and elastic :) You should be fine!

Both are good workouts. I agree that the Treadmill is harder on your body that the elliptical. Running can be hard especially if you are overweight. I am overweight and I find jogging hurts me more. I have similar goals! Right now I am shooting for the 50 LBS mark because it is more doable! But when I hit that at 190 I still want to loose another 30. Which would put me at 160! I am almost half way to the 50!
