Lower cals may be it but I've done that before and no results. Maybe this is a hoax, maybe not. I'll keep you posted as I don't want to see others make an expensive mistake nor lose an opportunity if it really does work.

I've been on refirm with tones for 6 days now. Love it! I was so skeptical but had to do something as I'm now over 200 lbs. I am down 6 lbs in that time. I've eaten higher protein and less goodies/carbs although I did break down a couple times with chips and other no nos. I do seem to have more energy and no jitters. The…
