These are great Donna - it will be a busy Thanksgiving week here so we all need to remember to eat small portions, and after our first small meal, if we are still hungry, then go for smaller second helpings! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Have a great week and sgay strong!

Had 12 cups of water yesterday, 9 the day before, and 11 on Tuesday....crazy! I didn't do the mini challenge yesterday cuz I've been wearing down....using tne weekend to re-coup, re-energize, and re-focus my workout/nutrition goals....and put up a christmas tree....and REST!! Thank god for weekends! Happy FRIDAY MFP family!

So every day around 10:30 my co-worker & I eat sweet&crunchy peanuts out of a can for an hour. So for the mini challenge today I am replacing my toffee-covered snack with kashi hot oatmeal..around the same amount of calories but still enuff to satisfy since they are similar in taste...I probaably won't be able to work out…

yay I was under my calorie goal for the Monday challenge! However, started TOM a week early, so my goal has changed from working out every day to not letting the fatigue & chocolate take me over today! I could use a lot of encouragement! Was over calories by like 100 but I did 200 crunches, 20 situps, jump roping & running...too crappy to walk outside....giving up candy/chocolate for the Tuesday mini challenge!

Well, when I weighed myself Friday I was 141.5...this morning I was 143 even tho I did awesome over tne weekend...blah!

Sooooo as of Friday we are going to Cancun, Mexico for New Year's. I've never been out of the country and we're going with a bunch of people who I neeeeeeedddd to be skinny around.....how shallow...but I've got a new goal now, so needing to get my crazy workout on!

I do the elliptical now that its started cooling off outside, and on days I just want to relax I do a pilates/yoga viedo, but I also started an adult ballet class once a week too so it helps to switch it up during the week...I haven't been doing so great on the mini challenges tho, especially with the strength…
