I agree with the advice given. I would like to add that 20 lbs in 4 weeks in pretty good, but slow weight lost is good weight lost, that equals to permanent weight lost. It also gives your skin time to snap back in place when you lose weight slowly, you can avoid having the sagging skin from losing weight too quickly...…

It takes your body roughtly about 24 hours +/- to process the food in your belly. When I was losing weight I stepped on the scale everyday (in the morning), this gave me a reference of what foods I should and should not be eating because our bodies react differently to certain foods.

Old friends and family envy your hard work and new friends can't believe you was ever fat. I even get the "hey you don't know the struggle of trying to lose weight, you never been fat!" Some friends and family hit me with the "as soon as you stop you're going to be fat again...." sad some have no faith!

I've been doing IF for a little over year now, it's more of a lifestyle for me at this point. I started at 20% bf, I got down to 5% and now I'm at 7. I cycle between 16:8 and 20:4 (cheat days). This eating schedule gives me a lot of slack when it comes to eating foods that I use to enjoy eating everyday. Can't go wrong…

I have/had the same problem also. This is what I did to break the habit. I went 30 days (1 month) with no sugar (not all sugar). The only sugar I could have is natural sugars (fruits, honey, etc...). After the 30 days I was kind of scared to go back to eating sugar, so I eat it in moderation now. So every year I go 30 days…
