bump i drink muscle milk light. Its only 100 calories, 2.5 fat, 6 carbs and 15 g of protein. It tastes good too. I was told to drink it after cardio and strength because with cardio even tho your not lifting weights, your still working your muscles. If anyone thinks differently, please let me know.

I do Muscle Milk Lite (the ones that are pre-made). They are only 100 calories, 2.5 g fat, 6 g carbs, and 15 g of protein. The Chocolate is really good. I drink one after my workouts (both cardio and strength).
