Definitely go to a specialised shop for bra fitting, most dept stores aren't correctly trained. Mom9198 is right in describing how to fit into your bra. Don't beat yourself up about what's been done, we've all been in that position ourselves, start a fresh tomorrow, log everything to help you get back on track. You can do it, you just need to get your head back into the right frame of mind. Good luck :smile:

I was the same this morning as it was my first weigh in, as Whadevah said, i weighed myself first thing this morning and surprised myself with a 3.2kg loss. Seeing a photo of myself at a friends wedding a couple of weeks ago, awful, I just looked awful and felt uncomfortable the whole day as a slideshow was showing pictures of us when we were 18 though to early 30's.

Good on you firstly for getting back into it. I have only started MFP last Friday afternoon with my weigh in on Saturday. I have only walked 3 times this week, 30mins and that's what I feel comfortable with at the moment, because I have a prolapsed dsc in my neck, so to me, 30 mins is better than no minutes or no exercise.…
