  • nike free runs are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned. they cost $100 so it might work for you if your wife likes the colors. as the person above said, let her go to the store and pick them herself. colors can be tricky to pick!

  • 1) since you already included exercise, 1980 is what you need to be eating up too. 2) I did insanity and trust me 1480 is not enough. you need to eat 1980 so you have enough energy to do things throughout the day or else you will be very exhausted.
