I'm 5'8" and I'm currently 164 lbs....I started with MFP at 177 lbs and my goal is to get back to at least 135 lbs. which was my regular weight before I had 3 kids....And to think I thought I was fat back when I weighed 135! Good luck on your journey!

I go for a brisk walk or bike ride in the evenings...It keeps me away from the kitchen and when I come back I'm super thirsty so I down a glass or two of water which fills me right up!
