I just did Level 1 Day 1 today and the only part that really kicked my *kitten* was the push-ups. Everything else wasn't too bad. I'm really loving it so far and hope I can keep it up for the full 30 days!

This is a great thread! I'm starting my sophomore year soon and really hoping to establish a healthy diet/workout schedule before I head back. I have a kitchen this year and cut down on my meal plan. There's also a gym in my dorm and I have to walk 20 mins to campus for class everyday. Hopefully all this helps me keep the…
