I do this all the time ... I think off my aim being to eat the right amount in a week, not each day. I always struggle to stay under my calories on the day I don't do exercise, so I just go over that day and make up for it another day. It's worked for me.

I just started today, day 1 level 1 ... I have got up to level 3 before, but never managed 30 days. I'm planning to do it 6 days per week. I've actually put it on an interval app on my phone, so I can always do the shred ... thinking ahead for summer when fitting in exercise may become tough!

Well, I didn't manage any exercise tonight, but I have worked out that over the week I'm only 117 kcals over, which is easily made up.
