I had been on a bit of a rollercoaster over the years. 1 year ago, I went from 154 to 132. Ate almost everything I enjoyed, but in much better portions than previously. Then work started and a load of stress from life came with it, so at the moment: SW: 165 CW: 164.5 GW: 125-130 I was easily affected by people who try to…

This is how I am at work :( Especially considering we always have snacks and other goodies in the breakroom. Can't help myself :(

Ya I'm 4'11 (very short legs, woo! lol) and I have rather thick thighs myself.

I suppose it's different for everyone, but most people I know (including myself) prefer to work out every other day. Gotta let your muscles rest (and grow lol). I once tried to work out 6-7 days a week... it worked out ok the first week, then the following week, my body was just so worn out. It all really depends though. I…

So glad I came across your post here. Just read through that link, and I'm sure happy I did.

Someone told me a few times (last time was just last week) that I need to stop going to the gym because I don't need to lose any more weight. I was ~150 lbs. a couple months ago; now I fall between 133 and 136 lbs (I'm 4'11"). Same person told me I need to gain back the weight I lost.. said I looked "so much better" when I…

Yeah, I have. My butt wasn't incredibly flat before but it still needed work, nonetheless. It was rather saggy as well. Squats, leg curls, and using the Stairmaster has definitely helped things a lot. There's still some ways to go.. but so far, it is a bit more round, firm and has a more defined shape.

Hello! Yeah I definitely know how you feel. I didn't think I gained so much weight until I saw 1-2 recent photos of myself from hangouts with a friend. Felt very discouraged at first... but I'm glad I didn't give up on myself. Been doing quite well myself lately. I hope you enjoy your time here at MFP! And good luck on…

I know this is kinda old, but I was googling around for help since I made the stupid decision to eat 800 calories, and I came across this thread. After just 1.5 days, I already felt like **** (physically). Chest pain. Slight dizziness (when I drove earlier today *sigh*). I felt so weak when I tried to do some strength…

You look beyond amazing! Great work!

Hi!

Were you always overweight? Or were you once a healthy weight?: Nope. I was always at a good weight as a child. I started gaining in middle school after discovering you had the freedom to eat whatever you want and how much you wanted during lunch time. I never exactly successfully went down to a healthy weight at the time…

With how my body frame and composition is..with wide hips and all, I'd have to be around 115-120.

You look amazing!

I was 154 lbs. at 4'11 a few years ago. It was pretty awful. I didn't have much energy. I was always experiencing fatigue no matter what time of the day. I would get Carl's Jr. almost every day at the time. Combos, even! Not just singular items off the menu. I had high blood pressure as well. Today I'm 143 at 4'11. I lost…
