This exactly. It's much easier to delete what you didn't eat when you are completely exhausted than to remember...well, anything!

This is me exactly, too. If I don't workout immediately when I get home there is a better than good chance it won't happen. My workouts are usually 45 min (Kinect, DVD's whatever) to 1.5 hours (running). I workout at least 4 days per week. So far it's working pretty well.

Thanks for all these great tips. I'll be looking into the Olivia method. It seems straight forward enough. I'll hold out until the end of this month. In my opinion, the calorie burn is way, way too low on the 2012 version. It's not your imagination! I always use a HRM so it's not a big issue for me.
