Nice! I totally struggle with the water thing. I'm pretty much never thirsty so I forget to drink. It's weird but true.

@gethntysear 30 Day shred is pretty good. Just know that by day 7 I had to do it with the volume off because the sound of her voice would make me irrationally angry! LOL I'm so tired, but I'm going to get my workout in right now. Happy Monday Everyone!

Preplan and prepack my meals! So much work and overtime coming up. Prepacking is a good way to keep everything counted and on track.

Preplan and prepack your food. I cannot stress enough the importance of this. I will plan/pack for my work rotation on the morning of my first day on duty. (We are on a 2/2/3 schedule 12 hr shifts.) Immediately after my shift ends. We do have the benefit of a free gym in the same building. In fact, in the last month everyone on my shift has been working out. It's pretty awesome. We all suffer together! LOL
