    I have been sick since Tuesday with a sinus infection.:sick: I don't know where I contracted this bug.
    I went to the doctors yesterday and I am on antibiotics now and starting to feel a bit better.
    I have been trying to watch my diet but I have had ice cream twice this week because it tastes
    so good when you are sick. So I don't know what the results will be this week. My exercise hasn't
    been good either because I have no energy. I start something and then have to sit down and start
    sweating. Anyway, I hope my results this week aren't too bad.

    This is not looking good for my next mini-goal. I hope that I can get back on track this week. I think a day in the sun and TOM worked against me yesterday along with 3 days of workshops that included major snacking but not a lot of moving around. I did try to be good, but maybe I could've been better.

    I think most of you will understand when I say that I'm a LOT more excited about the fact that I got back on track this week than the actual amount I lost. In my past, getting off track usually meant that I didn't get back on... for a very long time. One mess up and I was out of the game. But not this time. I have to learn how to mess up and get back with the program. That's the biggest lesson for me to learn this time around!

    Thank you, Kristen, for this challenge, and thank you Amy, for ALWAYS being there to listen to me and for giving me the greatest advice of "SNAP OUT OF IT, LAURIE!" when I needed it last week! :)

    So disappointed! The scale is going in the wrong direction! I've been having a hard time with night time snacking. I'm a boredom eater and Hubby is in the city during the week and I am in the mountains during the summer when I am off. I also think that I have increased my strength training and my muscles are holding water. Whatever it is, I WILL NOT eat after 7:30pm this week and see how much of a difference that makes. Next Monday is my yearly physical and at least I am 20+ pounds down from last year.....I hope everyone has had a great week and that your scale shows great losses!!!!!

    I'm so happy to finally see a big dip into the 180's! I've been dipping slightly down into that decade for the last few weeks on my Friday weigh-ins, but by Monday I always spike back up. So frustrating. At least I can see real progress on the scale again! :)

    It seems I have hit a small bump in the road - I haven't lost anything of note since April! A whole month down the drain. Boo hoo! I guess I need to look over my food logs and see what I've done differently and stop doing those things!

    Apparently my weight loss has slowed down some. I'm re-evaluating my food to see if I'm eating enough of the right things. I think I might need more protien. I did finish week 2 of C25K and my knees are sounding less like a breakfast cereal. I hope everyone had a good week.

    Slow and steady wins the race! I can't remember the last time I was in the 180s so that is accomplishment enough for me! Hope to reach between 185 and 180 before the end of school on June 15th. Let's see if I can make it!
