I didn't quite make mini-goal, but I am still happy dancin' to get a 2.8 loss this week!! It makes me glad I owned up to the gain last week.

Although I only lost 1lb this week, I'm very happy with that since TOM is visiting and my knee is swollen so I didn't get any exercise done this week. I've got to be retaining some water so I'm still feeling like I'm past the "stall" and am hoping for a better loss next week.

Considering I was at a 4.4 lb gain earlier this week I will take it. Not happy about it, but with everything I have been going through I'm pretty sure it was stress that helped me pack these pounds on. I started my menstrual cycle Saturday, so I feel pretty bloated/irritable/whiny/depressed.....so I know I won't reach my goal weight....but now I'm just trying to salvage what is left of my pride and at least be down to 225 by the end of this challenge. I didn't make my mini goal but I'm really happy with the loss this week. Hopefully this means that I'm back on track. I think the additional protien is helping. I made it through week 3 of C25K last week. It was harder than the prior weeks, but not too bad. I need to do some more stretching in between runs. I can really feel it in my hips. On the plus side my ankles have stopped making noise and it is only one knee that sounds like rice crispies. :drinker:0 -
