Thanks to my gallbladder I can't have a lot of things ... but, also thanks to my gallbladder, many of those things are "bad foods" anyhow .... so ... it's sort of a win win!

Great job, hun!

Awesome job so far! Keep it up, bud!

29 ... February is the big ... let's not even go there!

Awesome job! I celebrated when I reached the overweight category, too! WHEN, not if, but WHEN I lose another 20 lbs I can celebrate being healthy! It'll be awesome! Here's to you getting there, too!

I'm extremely sluggish those 5 days. I don't cramp but I bloat up like a puffer fish, almost literally. I'm so uncomfortable those days because NOTHING fits except a pair of my old fat clothes I kept just for that purpose. I still try to do what I normally do, though I'll admit it's a bit half-arsed. But at least I move!

When I was 21 I decided to go on a major diet. (I was stupid and did it the unhealthy way, but I'd been very heavy my whole life and I was just done with it. I basically ended up being an anorexic for a year. DON'T EVER DO THAT! ... anyway). I'm 5'6". My start weight then was 248 lbs. I went down to 125 lbs in 6 months.…

5' 6" Starting Weight - 214 Starting Size - 22 / XL Current Weight - 171 Current Size - 12 / M My bottoms have always been larger than my top! Bone structure. Nothing you can do about that! LOL

I do it every single day. If I don't, I end up half-assing my day. I do it so that I stay accountable. To each their own!
-
Congrats on such an awesome loss!

I just started the other day. I will say the day after my legs killed me! Of course, I was pushing myself and not letting myself do the beginners modified moves. Go hard or go home! Feel free to add me we can do it together!

As my favorite man candy says, "Hard work! Dedication!" Great job staying dedicated!

I read somewhere a long time ago that it's not really addictive, you can quit it if you want to, but there's something in it that keeps you coming back for more. It doesn't fill you up like "good" food does. Your body is left unsatisfied. Probably all the grease and salt ... I love it when I have it, but I only allow…

Aiming for 130. Been there before, can get there again. Once there, I may go 120. Though once I get to 120, I'd like to get back up to 130 but via muscle and tone up; not adding fat%.

29 ... oh no! LOL Motivated and dedicated? Add me!

Personally, I like my fried in the skillet, just like you would regular fried taters. BUT don't drown them in oil. I usually use just enough butter so that they don't stick. Maybe 1/2 a TBSP. Little salt and pepper. Done!

You have to accept yourself for you. Most people, I find, don't accept me for ... me. I'm not one of these girls who goes out of her way to look "pretty" every day. Most people who know me know that I RARELY do the whole makeup/fixed hair routine. It's just not me. I have friends who spend two hours of their time every day…

All 43 lbs. I don't believe in cutting carbs or all that jumbo. I couldn't survive eating "clean". I'm not big on most vegetables and fruits, I have a few that I like but a LOT that I just can't stand. I count my calories and have a daily exercise routine. Do the math, the weight will come off. Proven fact.

You go girl!

The thing with myself and food is, my avoidance isn't taste, it's texture. I can't stand to eat an apple or an orange, grapes, cranberry, cherry, blueberries, kiwi ... but I love the juice. I'll drink the juice forever (so long as it's 100% natural and not loaded with added sugar.) But I for the life of me, cannot eat…

Hey, everyone! My name is Amy and I'm from West Virginia. I'm not following the plan, but I absolutely love Chris & Heidi and what they stand for! I've lost 41 lbs so far and have 43 to go. Almost the halfway mark! I'd love to have some Chris Powell fan buddies, so feel free to add me!

29er! Looking for motivated buddies who have been at this for a while. Have lost 41 lbs, another 43 or 53 to go. Will decide when I get there! Started at 214, am currently at 173, GOING to get to 130/120.

Hello from Monongah/Fairmont! Feel free to friend request me, I'd love to have some fellow WV motivated buddies!

Sweet, we're not that far apart! We live in Monongah, I personally like the portion of the trail that leads from Monongah to Fairmont, it's a pretty walk/jog.
