I would go with eliptical over the exercise bike. I find exercise bikes extremely uncomfortable after a few minutes. And I agree eliptical you can burn more calories in less time than on a bike. Good luck.

What about suggest some beauty treatments, or a spa day.... and get lots of exercise in the pool to counteract any post spa drinks. Good luck.
