I thought you were supposed to do water and one of the exercises :) I did the two minute plank. It was pretty shakey. The water is another story. I am up to 6 so far.

Hey everyone! Lifted yesterday so today I did the bike and yoga. Feeling great. 34 days left til 30. Down 8 lbs since I started. Do you guys eat the deficit recommended by mfp? I calculated my tdee and have actually been losing a lot faster when I am eating more. I don't feel like I'm starving either :)

I ran/walked a mile. Ran about 7 blocks of it. It was about 6 degrees here!! brrr. 1 mile is all I could take.
