I found an app ( JEFIT) that I downloaded and follow. Currently I am doing the "Woman's Strength Training" routines. It is 3 days a week and so far I like it. I follow up with 30 minutes of cardio. I LOVE FOOD.... I admit it. :D But I still was able to lose 160 pounds and I know you can too! It takes motivation and support.... but ANYONE can do it! I promise!
