With significant weight loss in the past, my boobs definitely began to shrink by about a cup size at 40 pounds down. On the upside, that included side-boob and back fat, so I didn't mind very much. This one is more of a dessert, but so good! I think someone on MFP posted this, not really sure where I saw it: on a plate, slice a banana down the middle put mini chocolate chips on it (2 grams is perfect and really low in calories), microwave for about 20 seconds, then spread 1 T of PB and enjoy!

Yes. As a *soon to be former* overeater, for me, it takes about a week of lighter eating for my stomach to shrink. When it does, I get fuller on less quantities of food and I notice IMMEDIATE discomfort if I overeat.

Hey Chad! Welcome aboard. I'm about a week in on MFP and loving so far, as I'm sure you will too. The community and support is so great.
