Aaptiv.... its an app with personal trainers for different exercises/work outs/cardio. Super motivating!!!!... (and I hate working out, but they make the work out go by SO fast!

Your goals are very similar to mine. I am 5'5" and 171lbs. I want to get down to 130-135. I just started back on mfp.... It's time for me to lose all of this baby weight.
