Went for my first run since finishing the programme. Run for 47 mins!! Didn't quite reach 5k - (4.7km ) but didn't know until I got home, next time I'll get there!! B)

So that was it. Our last official C25K run,.and I did enjoy it, both boys have been with me the whole way, so proud of my 11yr old for completing the runs and also proud of my 6yr old for coming along every time and joining us xxxxxxxx :drinker:

And we're back, all done. Not my finest run but a run non the less. Bring on Monday and our last official day :(

Upsaluki, not sure about distance, I'll try and measure tonight as the ap doesn't tell me so I have to take my ipod and a phone, one for the C25K and one for map my run!

Bit by bit the programme will get you there, seems like magic to me but I'm proof it works!

Got to do W9D1 last night, full 30 mins, no problem - could have carried on but it was getting dark and had the boys with me. Would not have believed at the start we'd have got this far!!

it takes me about 10 mins to find a good rhythm, get my breathing sorted and stop whinging in my head that i'm tired and cant do it! Then i'm fine and can just keep plodding along, don't know if that helps?!? (oh and I don't stop ! x)
