wow , so i've missed 26 posts..... i will catch up! seeing as i have another week until i can go back to work ..... had some holiday, then managed to injure my back, now off work.... feeling like there are so many things wrong with me right now and i am doing nothing to help myself, nothing to move forward, absolutely…

Here we are in February, havijgna rough start, feeling really crampy and hormonal, and up a lb :( SW 223 CW 224 I will push through, I have some soup ready for dinner and all the good food in the house, just gotta focus xx

Well there goes another Monday! It's a tough day at work,veey challenging mentally but it's over, Tues are slightly better! Having a good food day, so far 😁

Sunday again, another week has flown by. Starting to get back to normal but how long that lasts who knows! For now, feeling a little in control. Spent last night looking after our poorly labrador and then to the emergency vets £200 later, home with anti nasea and observations.... She's good this morning but we'll see xxx…

Challenge #3 I have eaten spinach, lettuce, green onion, sugar snap peas and cucumber every day this week so that is at least a portion of each! ( but likely much more!)
