All done on the challenges! Fear not !! have to say though - Challenge 1- i do not have rhythm, i do not have moves! :D if only i looked as good as those women !Lol!! I am addicted to coffee but I have reduced it from about 8 cups a day to 2 , I think this is a thing!

CHALLENGE #3 LIGHTEN YOUR LOAD! I left behind cheese this week for 5 days -i tried to leave coffee as well but that stopped working on Thursday! It's not been too bad but i have really missed it, but i have survived and have had some tonight! Couldn't wait as i rely on it a lot for easy snacks :)

CHALLENGE #1 I chose the 5K FROSTBITE FOOTRACE. I walked 5k with Sky my lovely Lab because if i run with her on the lead she's a P.I.A with all her stopping, starting and peeing!

well here's my food challenge - trout fillet with chilli butter. Never likds this fish as it always tasted like mud, however, this was NOT horrible, and i ate it in the tiniest pieces JUST in case! But it was okay, i would have it again but it wouldn't be my first choice!!

Having a 'non' day today , it's trying to snow , but failing . Have left the house to walk the dog and go to the supermarket, but it was too people- ey and I'm in a grump ! So now I'm binge watching Criminal minds from series one , awesome!!

okay my people i have done all i can for now -i'll complete the calorie challenge by Saturday as today is a bust, but the videos and stairs are done!! woohoo! i can safely say i have no balance and who knew that nodding your head while stood on one leg was so difficult?? Great challenge!!
