I check my blood sugars regularly as we now have a family history of diabetes, but there fine -well within range thankfully! cant think what else it maybe unless were heading for menopause...... hope not but thanks for your input x it's usually when i'm more active around the house so who knows:smile: !!

For me i weigh myself on sundays, one every two weeks and i measure on the other sundays. So every month i weigh twice and measure twice. Works for me !

I have no idea if having a Mirena cause any weight gain, yes I've definitely put on lots but probably due to more than one reason! Anyway it was due for renewal so I phoned my GP yesterday and now its gone -Dr asked if I'd like to keep it as a memento - NO THANKS And I wont be having another put in as I don't need it right…

I like to weigh myself every other sunday morning at the local chemist as their scales are more accurate and you get a little print out to keep. I will then measure everywhere on the sundays i'm not weighing so each week i can see different changes. Keeps me happy.

I'm set to 1500 calories and i've lost 9lb in two weeks, some water weight but still 9lbs is 9lbs. Maybe consider increasing your intake?

well aware of the scientific fact behind it thanks, nothing wrong with differing opinions, eating processed high carbs foods which the body then stores as fat? no my choice but each to their own as different methods work for different people. Every body needs to be able to discuss different options to find out whats right…

I' m trying low carbs high protein since last week, ratio of 65/30/5 fat/protein/carbs, takes a bit of juggling to get it right, sorted with the fats and protein, carbs keep slipping over sightly, not that worried though.
