Its used in all hospitals in the Uk and prescibed by GP's for nutritional supplements, especially the eldery or post surgery and chemo patients, high calorie for little effort.

I did the C25K last summer with my then 11 and 5 yr old, and the dog! the youngest either cycled or played football while we run around him (big field! ) they enjoyed it and it was good time spent together , hope that helps!

I think we get a little anxious when we get close to a milestone number, i know i took ages getting under 200, started at 259, hovered around just above 200 for what seemed ages and eventually got under, now 182, you'll get there, just keep on keeping on!!

I have two scales, they weigh 600 grams difference. If i check with the Boots scale, the lower one is nearly always accurate, so i go with that and then double check with Boots one in a while. Also until recently, even though they say they can weigh up to about 120kg or whatever it is, they were usually really far out,…

Meat would be uncooked, and i suppose bananas peeled.

Try not drinking for much longer before the run, and go to the toilet right before you start and yes , wear a pad! I had to do some experimenting when i started running but im fine now thankfully. Dont know if muscles have improved or what !
