I only pay attention to calories and protein to be honest. Not sure if there's such a thing as "good sugar/bad sugar" BUT most diet plans (like Weight Watchers and Slimming World for ex) say that you can eat as much fruit as you want, and that has a lot of sugar.

Don't worry - I had the same problem when I first started. Keeping a diary made me realise after just one week that I was eating the 1200 recommended calories just for breakfast and lunch alone. Well done on your re-evaluation... I think this food diary is invaluable when you need to assess eating habits - it helped me to no end, and I don't watch any macros - only calories and fat! Best of luck going forward! :)

I'm doing C25k too! :) I've been so lazy in the past, now I do it 4 times a week and I love how I feel. Thanks to this thread I started doing a combo of planks and bicycle crunches which I think are awesome! Yesterday I held 5 planks for 15 seconds each, with 10 seconds break in between. Then I did 12 reps x 3 on each side of bicycle crunches. Ouch! But good ouch! :)

Thank you - I will continue doing this then and being patient while readjustment is taking place. The stopping has not affected my motivation, but the initial surprise glee I felt after 5lbs has gone, and I'd like more of it :o)

Thank you ladies :o) It came from TDEE-20%. I presume I should eat back my exercise calories, but I read on here that TDEE already includes exercise estimate, so if I eat back my calories I'll be eating at TDEE, which is not recommended for weightloss. Hmmm.

I find most of the Prodigy's album Fat of the Land is amazing for working out - especially: Breathe, Mindfields, Narayana, Firestarter, Climbatize in the order they are on the album.
