Pre-Pregnancy 150 (was very sick for 16 weeks dropped to 135lbs) 4/20/14 delivery 40+3 162lbs 4 weeks post partum 139lbs Today- 145lbs Baby girl is breastfed, very frustrated at lack of weight loss, but scared to restrict calories due to dip in breast milk.Starting insanity program tomorrow
