  • I am new to the group, but not to dieting, seems I have done it my whole life. Well at least since puberty. I have learned I need to exercise as well as eat less. I think I will start a bucket list.

  • You are much braver than I am. Any surgery scares me so I keep doing it the old fashioned way. We have roughly the same amount to lose. I am starting again today. Let's keep in touch.

  • I live in NW Montana just outside Glacier Park. The sun peeks out once in awhile but not as much as I would like. On my way to the gym now to workout and listen to a book.

  • I can relate to the so tired. I get to the gym once every weekend. I am trying to work up to twice. Our small school seems to have so many meetings. We have 120 kids and 10 teachers. My problem is meetings. Next week I have one on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • I like the suggestion about finding a friend to exercise with. Another thing I like to do is listen to a good book while i work out. It makes me look forward to the gym so I can get back to my book!

  • I can relate to the hating to sweat. I was doing ok until I fell off the exercise wagon when I broke my ankle in November. I lost all my get up and go. However, spring is in the air and I feel the desire to climb on board the exercise mobile again. I am easing into it slowly though. I have to do what I can live with and if…
