I have lost 31 lbs. since Feb. and I don't get out of breath as easy, I can work out longer and harder, my skin is clearer, and I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the weight loss and healthy eating, but in the past the week before my TOM my breast would get so tender but now they don't anymore. Happy for that!

My first work out was Just Dance 2 and 3 on the Wii. It was fun and burned calories. My favorite is Turbo Jam, you can check that out at beachbody.com. It's more kickboxing and punching but it's an excellent calorie burner. 30 day shred is what I'm doing now, not so much on the fun side but a good work out.

Jillian Michaels' non-stop talking! I just wish she would shut up! Especially when I'm bout to die! I also hate those bicycle crunches! It feels like my stomach is in a knot when I finish!

Will be doing Day 4 of Level 1 this evening. My arms have been so sore up until today. Maybe yesterday worked the soreness out. I lost 2 lbs this week so it's very encouraging! I've also been doing the 30 day ab challenge so hopefully that will help!

I have 1260 calories a day, I work out mostly 5 days out of the week. I have lost 29 lbs since Feb. I'm not starving myself and I'm pretty happy with my results so far.

I think if you have to ask yourself and others if you want to move away/ marry this guy, then it's not a good idea to do it. If your heart is not 100% in it then you shouldn't.
