I'm just starting to run, well I should say jog. I'm on week 4 of C25K. Every week I worry that I can't do it but so far I have! Of course I jog at snail's pace but I'm looking forward to getting better and better. It's a great feeling when I reach the end of a session and was able to jog the whole time I was supposed to.

As far as exercises, if you can't get outdoors due to weather and can't do a gym then try some workout dvds. Jillian Michaels has some good ones and check out beachbody.com. Turbo Jam is one of my favorites. It does get frustrating when you don't see the scales moving but don't give up! Alot of times when you are working…

I TRY to weigh once a week. But if I feel like I have done badly with my eating I may weigh the next morning just to check! Right now I'm loving my scales bc the number is going down but I know soon it will start slowing down. :(

Nutrigrain waffles with peanut butter is one of my favorites for breakfast.

bananas and nutella. multigrain waffles, peanut butter and honey. broccoli seasoned with garlic powder and baked. carrots drizzled with honey and baked. tuna salad on a tortilla with avacodo. mmmm...there are lots of easy snacks and meals.

I'm on day 12 here! It is really challenging, more intense than anything I have ever done before! But I like it! Thanks for your story! You look awesome, what a difference! It's really inspiring b/c I started out at 237 and now I'm down to 190 and it seems like the lbs are coming off slower and slower now. It gets discouraging but it's nice to see others on the same journey and staying positive!

Pretzels and almonds are my weakness right now. I have long since broken up with chips and sweet snacks but I can't seem to break it of with the pretzels and almonds. Once I start on them I can't stop! It's bad! :0(

I get it alot from my mother-in-law. I'm still about 40lbs away from my goal weight and everytime she sees me she tells me I'm drying up or some comment like that. I just ignore her b/c I know I still have a ways to go and I'm finally getting to where I'm feeling good about myself.
