I can drive a few different routes to work in the morning and when I feel that urge to stop at McDs or BK for breakfast I take the route that has no fast food restaurants on the way. Then I get over it!

I didn't realize it until my husband said something. Down 22lbs, shows in my face. I'm pretty excited because I've been fighting my weight for many years.

Just found three pairs of shorts in my dresser that finally fit after holding onto them for 3 years. :)

Wearing a smaller bra I used to wear, AND had to adjust the straps almost 3" so it fit right!

I visit my family every six months (between VT and MD), next trip is in July and I want to be 30 lbs less. I always feel like the 'fat' sister, so this is a goal for me. Already 16 down!

That was one of the strategies I adopted too! If I'm sitting and watching TV (after a full day of good diet, getting a walk in, etc), if I'm sitting, I'm finishing off a cross stitch project. I'm almost done with a project now and ready to start another. I don't choose small projects either, I like the huge complicated…

I tried on a few things in my closet I couldn't wear 6 months ago and discovered I could fit into a lot of them. What is even better? That I would no longer have that 'weight thing' nagging in the back of my mind all hours of the day, even an night when I take a potty break! What a relief! It's like a new felt freedom.

Exactly! I'm doing WW Points and now as I write I'm having 'skinny' chicken cordon bleu and broccoli with melted laughing cow cheddar. I'm totally satisfied and lost 2.7 lb last week!

I think that's why these discussions are SO important. Everyone is at different stages, and everyone has their own inspiring story. I find browsing through them keeps my head in the right place. All of you are amazing.

When I wind down for the evening I start working on an old cross stitching project when I sit to watch TV. Keeps my hands busy and I'm finally finishing a project I started a few years ago. It totally replaced my old snacking habit. Down 14 lbs since March 2!

This is such a refreshing post. Just today? 1. Have my healthy breakfast and log it 2. Clean my screened porch for summer 3. Prepare myself mentally for a 5-day stretch of exercise, Mon-Fri. I am motivated to make an entry tomorrow! Guess I'll go now and get to cleaning that porch.
