Me too! I don't log my calories any more and I only weigh myself maybe once a month... I've been able to maintain a 118 pound weight loss! I am so glad I stopped logging every bite that I would take, it got too extreme

You're restricting too much - either mentally (by saying that you cannot/must not have certain foods) or physically (by not eating enough calories). Your body is trying to revolt against you, because you are denying it.

What about making a salsa? Salsas with fruit in it (such as mango or peach) are a big hit and are a little bit of a twist compared to regular salsa. Plus salsa tends to be low cal!

I cut out carbonated drinks for a couple months and didn't notice anything noticeable in regards to weight loss... when I started drinking them again and didn't notice any undesirable effects either.. :drinker:

I've gone through a week of holidays in Florida.. and another week of family festivities... These two combined have shown a 9.5lb increase on the scale. Am I worried? Costco has some great exercise pants. And honestly, danskin brand from wal-mart are great too! I own a couple pairs of lululemon pants, but I usually just wear them to sleep in, or wear them to class. For some reason I cringe at the thought of drenching a $100+ pair of pants in sweat :laugh:

From the moment I wake up to the time I go to sleep, I log it all under the same day, even if it is 4 am when I go to sleep.

If I want a diet pop, I'll have one!! I probably have 4-6 a week The only time I won't drink it, is if I'm going to bed soon after, because that damn caffeine keeps me up :laugh:

The last time I was at a Chinese buffet was in February and I can say I got my money's worth from Chinese donuts alone!!! hahaha, I went to a pizza buffet in August and definitely got my fair share of food. It was oh so bad but oh so delicious :love: I try not to go to buffets often, but once and awhile is fine by me

For me, this sounds like trouble!! 650 cals Monday-Thursday would set me up for a bad binge weekend because I would be depriving myself for four days. Don't rush weight loss, and don't make yourself miserable by only eating 650 cals a day!!!! Stick to the 1250 everyday, rather then doing low calorie days like that. 1250…

Scrambled egg whites with bacon and onion, with a drizzle of ketchup made into a burrito with a garlic flat out and maybe some cheddar cheese... All with a side of red grapes and baby carrots. :love:

Their lean burgers are good... and they have a Parmesan sauce that is great!! Salad dressings are good. Their turkey meat balls are really good too... I wasn't a big fan of their stuffed chicken or the chicken meatballs though. Overall they carry a lot of great blue menu items that taste good. :smile:
