Hi there, I also have a four year old and only get time to exercise when he has gone to bed - I don't get the opportunity to go running or to the gym so I use my X-box and Kinect - I have the Your Shape Fitness Evolved game and you can do short workouts on there, it is really good fun too, especially the cardio boxing…
