I'm about to start day 2 shortly.. I'm getting the courage to do it hahaha It's hard but I always tell myself.. If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you! And insanity well, it's what it is.. INSANE! good luck :) starting it and trying is better than nothing, there's only room for improvement
