You want to have at least 1200 cal of food a day plus exercise. The exercise will lower your calorie count. If you eat less than 1200 calories you may slow down your metabolism which will not help you lose weight. My humble opinion. Good luck to you!

I am 5'4 and currently weigh 141 lbs. I am a size 8 or 10. It depends on the pant style. Some women's pants I can wear a size 6 which usually makes me think they are defective. :)
