stephanielynn76- you look freaking AMAZING!
-
staying in. We are sore losing Falcons fans,..:grumble:

It depends on how much you weigh now and your build. If you're "bigger" it might take more. Like going from a 18 to 16 might take 15 pounds, but going from a 10-8 might take 6. Those are just guesses that I threw out there though.

I'm 5'8 and before I got pregnant I thought I looked pretty darn good at 150. that put my in a size 6-8 pants and small shirts.
-
I'm with you OP, they are N-A-S-T-Y! But you know just my personal opinion.......
-
You're doing awesome!! And WTG for hanging in there and not giving up!
-
couldn't agree more!

My husband never buys or cooks anything so I make my meals and he just deals with what I buy for him. We've been together for 6 years and it's always been this way. He likes nasty @$$ frozen chicken nuggets and the like so I have no problem saying no to those. Now his cookies on the other hand,...I've said it before but I…

running does it for me. I can burn 450-500 in about 40 mins and that walking at a 4.0 for 10 min of that.
-
That made me laugh because that's how I see it too!

Thank you for posting this. I'm having a mental battle with a pack of cookies, that are my husbands (and I need to keeping telling myself that) and this post is helping me not to cave in.

OMG, I had forgotten about hot wings! Just replace that blue cheese with some ranch though
-
I'll be honest, one of the primary reasons I ran my 1/2 was for the medal. It makes me want more of them!
-
Rice Krispie treats. I could eat a whole pan or a whole box.
-
I didn't care for them. Like someone else said it has that weird texture "popping" thing. Totally grossed me out.

This would be my mom. She's had her bypass done for about 6 years and while yes she is much smaller, it seems like she has more health issues than before. She was even told she needed to have the surgery reversed because she keeps getting kidney stones. But of course she's not because she scared of going back. It's just…

I kinda have to deal with this everyday. My husband takes his lunch to work and "requires" chips and something sweet (lucky for him he's not fat, unlucky for him he's probably not healthy). I'm a stay at home mom so EVERY TIME I open up the pantry, I have those things staring at me. I just tell myself that those are not…

I do have to say I really admire all us mommies trying to bring sexy back. It is SO much harder to do this having to spread yourself between so many people (I don't see how ya'll with more than 1 do it!) I'm having to go to bed almost as soon as my son does and get up at 4 am just so I can have that time to hit the gym. I…

When I did C2 5K the first time, I think I just concentrated on being able to go the full 3 miles first. After that I kept trying to challenge myself between each mile marker (outside running). Like the first 1/2 mile I'd do in 5:20 so then I tried to pick up the pace for the next 1/2 mile, with a goal of doing 3 10 min…

Hi! I'm not sure how my body has changed since having my son (13 months old). Only because I had lost 70 pounds before I had him,...and weighed even more before I "officially" started losing weight. I gained back the 70 I had lost  but didn't get any stretch marks since I was even heavier before in my life. I'll let…

I've read that some people have a really hard time losing while training for something like that. The only way I was able to was to add different exercises in while I was training. It was very hard though.
-
yup, it does run the batteries down on the unit.
-
I have darn good BP. Even through out my pregnancy it was always very low.
-
I was just thinking about this running on the dreadmill yesterday. I felt like other people were secretly making bets on whether I was going to pass out or not.
-
I run the strap quickly under the water before putting it on. Also as someone else said, take off the little part that snaps on the strap to prolong the life of the unit. I have noticed that as mine has gotten older (3 years) that I have to get it REALLY wet before putting it on.
-
This EXACTLY except I only have one 13 month old.
-
I ate one just about everyday for lunch before I had my son and lost weight no problem. I would just keep it at one a day though. I do agree that they help you see what a portion should be.

I was just thinking about this today. I'm new here but I know enough to use a search feature. All the questions I have had (so far) I have been able to the answers out myself using the search feature.

could you maybe do half and half? 1 tbsp oil and the other applesauce.
