MFP has actually written on the topic of muscle pain quite a bit but I don't know if you mean hunger pains. If your guys like spicy foods: http://www.nerdybites.com/blog/sriracha-chicken-quinoa-casserole I adjusted it a bit: less butter, cooking spray instead of coconut oil, unsweetened almond milk instead of regular. You could probably use lower fat cheese too.

I did gain weight on Paleo. It got me my fattest actually.
