I think I am eating correctly and keeping within the allocated 1510 cals a day. Breakfast is usually porridge or yogurt & fruit. Lunch is soup & cruskits ( low cal cracker) w cheese or a sandwich of some sort. Dinner is a cooked meal. Fruit is usually eaten for a snack My clothing is loser, jeans & pants slip down the hips…
