Congrats:) Since i started losing weight, one of the big changes i made was to eat a good breakfast in the morning and eat dinner at an earlier hour(i.e:6-7 pm) because just like you i used to eat late at night a full dinner and then go to sleep. That was so bad.

I also have a Polar HRM, the FT7. It is such a great tool.Love it!

All your NSVs are so inspiring. Losing weight is not always fun but reading success stories of other people and even small things like NSVs(which if you look at ain't that small) keeps me going and inspires me the most during the hard times. I love the MFP community:)

Wow, that is amazing. Quite the NSV!

My condolences. Losing someone you love is really tough(i speak from experience) but the most important thing is to cherish all those moments together and appreciate what your dad has done for you. Good job on still logging although it must have been so hard. BE STRONG!

@Shelby1582: Congrats. I also kept a few of my clothes from when i used to be skinny:) P.S: you are broke now but you have an amazing body and probably have a better body image about yourself. When you finally have some money and do buy clothes that fit you it will be even more rewarding.

I used to skip breakfast too which in return would make me hungry at night. This is a habit i am trying to break.I wanna eat a good breakfast in the morning . One of my goals is to have dinner around 6 pm and if i do get hungry later, eat a healthy snack(fruits) and walk or do some light exercise after.
