At most restaurants (sit down ones) you can ask for a menu with nutritional information. Someplaces that I know have yummy, < 500 cal meals are Applebees, Bob Evans, Chipoltle, Olive Garden... just look around on the internet!

I don't know If I can say anything about 2 lbs a week, but I have lost 1.5 a week and that was my goal, so I'd assume that 2 a week is realistic.
