Jog.fm is a great website. You can enter your run pace and it will give you a list of songs with the beats per minute to match your pace.

We have wolf spiders here. Want to have some fun? Kill one only to realize that it recently hatched all its babies and they are now on it's back. So now you have a dead mama spider, with like 100 tiny baby spiders scattering everywhere. *shudder*
